For our customers, total part value is increased if parts are delivered ready-to-use. This may include assembly with rubber hoses and hose clamps, presetting of ferrules and compression fittings, or other mounting hardware. Our extensive experience and tool room capabilities allow us to develop cost-effective assembly solutions.
For low-volume, high-mix part production, we can offer inventory services that allow our customers to receive very short lead times for products with inconsistent demand. In many cases, we can ship parts out the same day an order is placed. These programs work well for parts made from special and difficult to source materials as well as obsolete product support programs.
Custom Tube Products machines many of the specialized fittings and components required in our tube assemblies with our own CNC machining equipment. This reduces cost to our customers and gives us the ability to closely control quality and delivery schedules.
